The manufacture of all the panels took under 10 days including insulation. The ground floor steels, external panels and the start of the internal panels have been erected all within 10 days.

The design of this new build incorporates large glass sections to both the front and rear elevations so there was a requirement for large sections of steel.

The build of our development in Woodcote is continuing with all the ground floor windows installed, the porch roof tiled and HardiePlank cladding installed.

Our Client contacted us this time last year (November 2016) wanting to compare the prices and benefits of using timber frame over brick and block.

Vision Development worked with a property developer to manufacture and install these 3 terraced houses on Wilson Road, Reading.
