Timber Frame Terraced Houses in Reading
Vision Development worked with a property developer to manufacture and install these 3 terraced houses on Wilson Road, Reading.
We have worked with this client on other developments including an extension to his own home in Wokingham (see images below).
The three houses have been manufactured to our open panel hybrid system using TF220 Thermo as the external breather membrane which enhances the thermal performance of the final wall construction. The insulation used within the external wall panels is our newest product Hybris, which is a reflective insulation with a honeycomb structure increasing thermal performance because of the insulations special structure composed of a large number of low emissivity cavities. All the internal walls have been insulated with fibre wool which not only offers exceptional fire performance, but also thermal and acoustic properties.
