The kit houses come with their own building regulation drawings with various options on how much of the works you would like Vision to complete for you.

We have recently had built a new build property in Kingston Upon Thames measuring over 4,000 square feet with Vision Development creating the construction. This was an ultra modern build and was executed in the most efficient and practical manner with the utmost high quality of design and finish. A most sturdy construction with high quality wood. And even more important was the excellent help and assistance given to us by Tim and Jane Karpinski. Well done Jane & Tim.
I would like to thank Vision Development for providing high quality closed panel timber frames including metal web joist systems achieving excellent airtight and low energy results. I am pleased to say upon comparing my original costing’s provided and finals costs post completion, the properties were finished within my budget and timeframe which is important to me. It is reassuring to deal with a Company which conducts business in such a professional and efficient manner . I am currently instructing a further contract and look forward to dealing with Vision again.
Upon planning our self build we contacted a number of Timber Frame companies. Vision Development were by far the most approachable, pro-active and helpful. As such we appointed them to supply our Timber Frame. We opted for a closed panel system which was manufactured and installed expertly.
Tim and Jane were always on hand during the pre-construction phase to answer questions and help push the project forward. During the construction phase the team worked extremely hard (in very difficult weather conditions) to complete the construction on time.
Overall Vision Development have been an excellent source of information and assistance, providing us with an excellent quality Timber Frame Construction.
