New timber frame houses

Vision Development worked on this project jointly with Maverick Property Investments Ltd demolishing the existing bungalow on the site to make way for 3 new timber frame terraced houses each with their own private gardens. For more information see our first blog article on this build in Padworth.

With the groundworks starting in April 2018, our timber frames arrived on site in May and, within 4 weeks, all three houses were installed. We used our open panel timber frame system using 105mm Hybris Insulation to the external wall panels and the 3 houses each have achieved a EPC rating of B with the addition of underfloor heating.

The homes are now for sale with Haslams and are available for viewing directly with Haslams Estate Agents Reading 0118 960 1000.

Entrance porches to each property in matching roof tiles to the main roof with complimentary brickwork to also match in with the neighbouring properties.

There are good sized gardens to each property with a shed for garden storage and patio doors leading out from the house, bringing in lots of light as you can see from the photos.

Above are some photos of the internal rooms which have been tiled on the ground floor and fitted with neutral carpets to the first floor and attic rooms. There is lots of natural light flooding into the ground floor living space

There are light and airy rooms in both the first floor and attic which also benefit from balcony velux windows.

The bathrooms are fitted with modern tiles along with modern fixtures and fittings
