Timber Frame Terrace Houses in Padworth

The development of 13 timber frame houses and flats on Bath Road have now all been installed with the garages to follow shortly. The other trades are pushing on with the external brickwork and roof tiling and the homes will be completed soon. Take a read of our most recent blog article on the build.

Now that the timber frames are complete, we can introduce our newest development, just up the road from this larger development on Bath Road where an existing bungalow (see the image on the right) will be demolished and replaced with 3 new terraced homes.

Each house (see images above) will comprise of 2 bedrooms with study space in the roof area and garden space. Demolition commenced on Monday 12th March with groundworks then to get underway ready for our timber frame early April 2018. The three homes will take approximately 3 weeks to install meaning the homes will be on the market in no time.
