The design of this new build incorporates large glass sections to both the front and rear elevations so there was a requirement for large sections of steel.

Since our last blog article on the three new timber frame houses in Kenilworth we have built the two outside homes and the middle home is now being stick built on site by our erecting team.

The build of our development in Woodcote is continuing with all the ground floor windows installed, the porch roof tiled and HardiePlank cladding installed.

This new development is for 13 new houses and 5 flats which we started on site 23rd October 2017 and now already have 6 house erected!

Our Client contacted us this time last year (November 2016) wanting to compare the prices and benefits of using timber frame over brick and block.

Vision Development worked with a property developer to manufacture and install these 3 terraced houses on Wilson Road, Reading.

The build in Woodcote is progressing with the brickwork now complete to the whole of the ground floor level of the main house and garage.

Vision Development have been contracted to manufacture and install the three new terraced houses in Kenilworth, warwickshire for our Client.

This design comprises timber frame panels, a truss roof with traditionally cut sections and a large single storey oak frame extension including oak rafters.
