Vision 2022 Yearly Review

As we round up another year (and try to work out how it has gone so quickly!?) Vision looks back over the projects we’ve completed in 2022 and looks forward to what 2023 has to bring.

From new build homes to bungalow conversions, holiday cabins, flats and even a Grand Design home, Vision have been lucky enough to be involved in some great projects.

We’ve hand picked some below, which if you click on the pictures, you can read the individual blogs.

Even with the difficulties faced over the last few years, with uncertain times ahead for 2023 with the government instability, energy price rises and increased interest rates, Vision have and will, continue to offer the same high-quality level of service and offer the most cost competitive options for all manner of construction projects.

With healthy stocks of timber and insulation, Vision continues to offer keen pricing with fixed price quotations.

Here are some of the reviews we’ve received for our work in 2022.

We recently embarked on the conversion of our bungalow into our dream home and after careful consideration chose to work with Vision development as our “timber frame suppliers”. However, working with Luke and the Vision team they have contributed so much more than this in every aspect of this project and have guided us well beyond the scope of just ‘supplying and installing a timber frame.’Their experience and knowledge across all areas of the build has been extraordinary and even after the installation of the frame have continued to be on hand to help us self manage our way towards the completion of this project.I cant get over how professional and well managed this firm is and how they always managed to find the time to expertly guide us through the whole process.. Ultimately the quality of what they deliver is absolutely first rate. And the real proof of this came when our building control inspector came to site and said it was the best timber frame project they had ever seen!I can wholeheartedly endorse Vision and can attest to the fact they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for everything!

When looking for a timber frame company to manufacture and erect a timber frame for my extension, Vision stuck out from the rest. I got 4 or 5 quotes, Vision wasn’t the cheapest, they also weren’t the most expensive, but they were the only company that really gave me the confidence I was looking for. They clearly had expertise and were going to support me through the process, not just supply a cheaply made frame and outsource the erection to an unknown contractor, this was the feeling I got from one of the others. I was invited to visit the factory where I saw how the panels were made, saw the work they were doing and had in-depth conversations with Tim. Vision is a family run business and these values really come through, also very important. Site visits were thoroughly carried out and I’m extremely happy with the end product. I would highly recommend Vision to anyone.

From the outset of our Self-Build project to change our 1950’s bungalow into our forever how Vision Development were excellent. Nothing was a major problem to overcome, including working under the tin hat to protect parts of our original house we wanted to keep. Dawid and Damian were excellent on site and Luke was always only a text away and able to respond to inevitable multiple questions we had along the way. Its now several weeks since the team left us and having now worked with many other trades I can safely say Vision have been a true pleasure and professional company to work with.

Visions ‘personal touch’ approach to each project we receive makes us stand out from the rest. We understand the importance of providing a structural system that not just meets the needs of building regulation requirements, but the homeowners, with living spaces accounted for and thermal performance of the highest importance.
