New Modular Timber Frame House in Bucklebury
Vision Development will be building a modular timber frame home which will be available to the open market in summer 2020.
The new home will be built on this superb secluded plot in the sought after village of Bucklebury. The plot is surrounded by well-established woodland and accessed via a private gravel driveway leading from the acclaimed tree lined Chapel Row Avenue.
With planning now approved for this impressive new home, Vision can commence with clearing the site in preparation for commencement of groundworks.
The property will house three spacious bedrooms, all with ensuites to the first floor and to the ground floor a large kitchen/living area and study.
For planning purposes we have produced CGI’s of the proposed new build…
The property will be clad in timber to the first floor and an off-white render to the ground floor external walls. The front porch area will feature oak posts and similarly, the balcony to the West elevation of the property which will service one of the bedrooms, will have oak posts in keeping with the area of outstanding natural beauty in which the property will sit.
The complete home and detached carport will be manufactured in our factory in Beenham using our modular timber frame panels.
Time lapse videos of the build will be posted on both our website and social media accounts which you can follow by clicking on one of the icons on the right.
You can also visit our Video Gallery Page to see previous time lapse videos of timber frame builds we have completed.
As the build progresses further, updates will be posted on our website.
