Bath Road, Padworth Timber Frame Development – Final Update
It has been a while since our last update on the development of houses to Bath Road, Padworth (earlier articles can be found here and here).
With all 13 houses and 5 flats now complete and new owners already residing, we have some updated photos of these stylish homes along with a video showing off the modern internal fixtures and fittings.
With the development only a stone’s throw from our factory, we were able to orchestrate quick and regular deliveries to even further the speed of construction for this site meaning the follow on trades could commence much sooner and ultimately have the houses on the market in a shorter period of time.
