Vision are pleased to announce that we are in the process of completing the purchase of a new site located in the village of Woodcote which has a host of local amenities including Primary & Secondary School, Post Office, Library and Doctor’s Surgery to name but a few.
The site is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by beechwoods and farmland that drops down towards the river valley. With good access to transport links to London and Oxford, the positioning couldn’t be better.
Planning is already granted for a generous four bedroom detached house with a detached garage with studio space above which would make for an ideal annexe.
Vision will be looking to build the entire structure using our hybrid timber frame system, including the garage/studio space which will not only ensure the insulating properties of the home are very high, saving on heating costs, but the build will be erected much quicker and available for viewings from potential buyers much sooner than other construction methods, especially as we reach the Winter period.
As the build progresses we will keep you updated with photos, videos and blogs on how we prepare the site to when the timber frame is constructed and the external and internal finishes commence.
