Timber Frame Development in Station Road, Thatcham, West Berkshire

We recently published a blog on the new development that is underway in Thatcham where Vision are responsible for the full construction of 6 new terraced houses, 3 of which have in-built garages into the structure. Here is the latest update on progress.

The groundworks have been completed and brickwork for the garages now erected as well as the ground floor timber frame panels for houses 1-3 (to the left hand side of the video below).

With the new floor installed and scaffolding in place, the first floor timber frame panels can now be constructed followed by the roof trusses. Above is a photo of the first floor panels being delivered.
