Vision Development worked with an experienced building contractor/developer to produce these stunning new terraced houses in South Croydon.
Our closed panel timber frame system was used for these new homes which included a handy service void and a 12.5mm Fermacell Board (which we have now upgraded to a 9mm Magply Board for our closed panel systems) to the internal face of the external walls, both sides of the internal walls also included the 12.5mm Fermacell Board as well as 90mm acoustic insulation and the flooring was constructed using posi metal web joists and a peel clean flooring. Highly energy efficient new homes which are in turn, very low maintenance.

The homes have now been completed by our Client with both the external and internal finishes to a very high standard as you will see from the following photos.
