Modern Prefab Timber Frame Extension Transforming Bungalow in Hampshire
Upon moving into their new bungalow in 2020, our clients decided that it needed a refresh and chose timber frame as their chosen method of construction for the new single storey rear extension to their existing bungalow. Alongside the new extension the entire structure would be modernised with new windows, glazed porch, roof tiles and external rendering.
You can see from the photos below the transformation really brings the bungalow into the 21st Century with it’s clean lines and modern finishes.
With the help from our Designer Partner, Mr Piers Maisey and trusted building Contactors, P G Building & Construction Ltd the additional building works alongside our timber frame install were undertaken with the clients sourcing and installing their new glazing.

Having moved into my new bungalow in 2020 it was decided that a new extension would be a great addition and timber frame was the way forward. Having contacted Vision Development we soon felt confident we were approaching the right Company.
