Two New Timber Frame Homes for Developer in Essex
Vision manufactured two prefabricated timber frame homes for Developers, Ardent New Homes Ltd earlier this year with installation completed in September 2020.
The two new homes were constructed at the same time, with all the ground floor panels for both homes fitted, followed by the first floor and then the roofs.
The timber frame panel system used for both these new builds was our open panel and the insulation used was Actis Hybris achieving a U Value of 0.16 for the external walls (finish to be block and render).
The internal face of the panels were fitted with Actis HControl Hybrid and battened ready for plasterboarding.

The finished homes will feature five bedrooms, study, two en-suites and a family bathroom coming to the market town of Saffron Walden, Essex in February 2021. To get an idea of the finishes for these two homes, the developer has had the following CGI’s made for marketing.
