Prefabricated timber frame external walls have excellent thermal efficiency. They feature reflective membranes to both external and internal face allowing timber frame construction to achieve your design idea, with low U. Values (a measure of thermal transmittance) and reducing air permeability.

Well-insulated, airtight timber frame buildings have a quick heating response time, meaning the occupants benefit from a fast-heating home with low heating bills too.
