Vision Development of Newbury are now producing timber frame house kits in a variety of styles and sizes. The kits are manufactured in our Beenham (between Reading & Newbury) factory. We are able to customise any of these kits to meet your needs and preferences. The kits range in floor area between 74 square metres and 231 square metres with between 2 and 5 bedrooms. The cost is between £26,168 + VAT and £45,930 + VAT.
These kits are ideal for self build projects. As well as simply providing a kit for you to erect, we can, for an extra charge, erect the kit for you or provide a complete build service (managing all aspects of the project). There is a variety of additional optional items and services available.

- TG&V treated softwood cladding for dormers (where included)
- Engineered roof trusses & attic trusses
- Posi joists and flooring
