At Vision we are committed to producing beautiful homes for our Clients. We not only work with self-builders, developers and construction companies but with land owners who partner with us to design and build on their plot. We then agree a further uplift payment from the sale price of the finished project, over and above the land value.

• Vision can take full responsibility for the entire build from foundations through to internal decorations taking all the strain while you to sit back and reap the rewards.
• If you have land with an existing dwelling already established, we as experienced timber frame manufacturers will advise on options available to either extend or demolish and re-build depending on land size available and planning criteria.
• Vision’s timber frame systems provide a superfast build as the panels are fabricated in our workshops and then transported to site for erecting which all means faster returns for you.

Here is an example project where ‘Vision’ worked with a client who wanted to develop their land by way of replacing a mock Tudor home with two new modern homes. Ultimately the client now resides in one of the newly built homes and sold the other. This resulted in a new energy efficient contemporary home for the client and excellent financial return from the sale of the other home.
