The design for the prefabbed home is such that it will exceed present Building Regulations. Vision’s insulated timber frame panels, forming the external walls, achieve U Values as low as 0.16.
Vision’s external timber frame panels are insulated with 105mm Hybris and then finished internally with a vapour control layer and battened ready for plasterboard.
First fix trades have ease of access to the service voids within the external and internal walls as well as ceilings with the convenient and efficient posi metal web joists systems.
