Six New Timber Frame Homes in Basingstoke Development
Following on from the first blog we published of these New Build Homes in Basingstoke, the homes have now been completed by the developer so we’ve sent our drone up to get some footage of the entire development.
The homes neighbour Basingstoke Golf Course on the edge of the new build estate, Beggarwood in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
The development is made up of 3 detached homes with integral garages, a pair of semi-detached homes with detached garage to one and a detached home also benefiting from a detached garage.
Each home has been issued with an NHBC certificate by our engineer and benefits from a U Value of 0.16 for the external walls due to the upgrade of insulation to Actis 105mm Hybris.
