In April 2016 we posted a blog on a self build closed panel home in Chatham, Kent. Well, this is the neighbours’ home we have just completed!
When we were building the first house, the people next door were really interested in our timber frame system for their own home, so we put them a quote together for a similar design of timber frame and they joined our happy group of delighted clients.
We started on site on the 5th January 2017 and the ground floor panels were erected ready for the first floor panels arrival on the 16th January. The trusses arrived and along with the first floor panels, the house really started to take shape. The house also benefits from an integral garage and games room.
